What is Renderly?+
Renderly turns a single image into a share-ready AI video. Choose a template or start manually, upload your image, and generate in seconds.
Do I need video editing experience?+
No. Renderly is built for creators who want fast output without timelines, keyframes, or complex tools.
How does pricing work?+
Subscriptions such as Creator Weekly and Creator Monthly include recurring credits each billing period. You can also buy one-time credit packs such as the Starter Pack and Creator Pack without changing your subscription.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
Yes. You can cancel Creator Weekly and Creator Monthly through billing settings. On the web, Stripe subscriptions can be managed through the customer portal. On iOS, Apple subscription settings may apply where App Store billing is used.
Do I receive a refund after cancelling?+
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or approved under our Refund Policy. See /refund-policy for details.
Are credit-pack purchases refundable?+
One-time credit packs such as the Starter Pack and Creator Pack are generally non-refundable once credits are delivered, except where required by law or for verified billing errors. See our Refund Policy at /refund-policy.
What happens when a generation fails?+
If a generation fails before completion, Renderly may automatically return reserved credits to your balance when the platform detects an eligible failure or timeout. You can retry from your Library when retry is available.
Do credits expire?+
Purchased credits from credit packs do not expire while your account remains active. Subscription credits are added to your balance each billing period and remain available until you use them.
How are App Store refunds handled?+
Purchases billed by Apple may need to be refunded through Apple's report-a-problem or purchase history tools. Renderly can help explain account status and restore eligible purchases where supported, but cannot always issue refunds directly for App Store charges.
Where do my videos go after generation?+
Completed videos appear in your Library, where you can preview, download, and reuse source assets.
How long does generation take?+
Most standard generations complete in seconds. Longer jobs continue processing in the background and remain visible in your Library.
Is my content stored securely?+
Renderly stores generated assets in secure cloud storage with signed access for playback and download.
Can I use Renderly for commercial content?+
Renderly is designed for creators, brands, and marketers producing social-ready video content. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring you have rights to the material you upload and publish.
